- You may return eligible Smith & Hanks products within 30 days of the original ship date from our facilities. To be eligible:
- The merchandise must be in its original, unopened carton. Digital photographs may be requested to ensure the packaging hasn't been opened.
- The product must be undamaged and in new condition upon return to us.
- However, customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with the returned item as well as a potential restocking fee of up to 25% that will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued only when the product is received back into our warehouse.
Return Procedure for Smith & Hanks Products:
