Return Policy

 

We understand that not every purchase may work out, which is why we offer a straightforward return process. Generally, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt - no questions asked! To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received them with their original packaging. Personalized and custom items are non-refundable. Please note, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This also applies to items that initially came with free shipping. For more details about our shipping process, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed without any fees. Orders already processed and shipped will be subject to our return policy. For order cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@yourwinetreasury.com.

 

Special Conditions for Lanbo, Summit and Breezaire Products

Kindly note, we do not accept buyer's remorse returns for our Lanbo and Summit product line.

ADA-compliant (ADA) and Stainless Steel (CSS) variants offered in our Summit product line are considered custom units and therefore NOT eligible for returns. 

For Breezaire products, returns are allowed within 15 days for uninstalled units only. Please note, modified units, special order units, or Black Stainless Steel base (BLK) units are NOT eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.

Return Procedure

  1. Email us at returns@yourwinetreasury.com with your order number and reason for return or call us at +1 (888) 530-7380, providing your order number and any relevant details about the item's condition.
  2. Upon approval of your return request, we will send you a return label and the correct address of our supplier's warehouse.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and ship it to the provided address.
  4. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt, and if approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. This process could take up to 14 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

 

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If there is any damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@yourwinetreasury.com, and we will process the insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Warranty

Warranty claims are dependent on the product's manufacturer. If your product comes with a warranty, any claims will be subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions and must be coordinated directly with them. For more details or assistance with warranty-related queries, please contact us.
